Workforce Capability Resources

The Taituarā Workforce Reference Group looks after Whakaaro Pai, organising resources and webinars for you to use and attend. We cover topics that we know you want to connect on - from preparing for change, to AI in the workplace and everything in between.

Whakaaro Pai is a space for People & Capability and HR professionals in councils to connect and inspire one another. It’s a place to share the ideas, programmes, and initiatives that are making a difference for your people. Councils across the motu are doing incredible work; we want to share that! Connect and learn from each other and gain valuable insights into the sector's challenges and successes.

Join us for an upcoming session.
